1 Your honest reviews. You give valid reasons for not liking a book, and for likening it.
2. The variety of books you read although you tent toward teen sometimes which I appreciate because that is what I read a lot of.
3. That you take book recommendations from your students.
4. The length of your reviews. They are long but not too long.
5. I love your year end list and look forward to reading it each year.
6. The book graveyard. I have starting doing this as well. Life is too short to try and slog your way through a book that you are not enjoying.
7. I enjoyed the guest spot your son did. It was interesting to see a different type of review but he still had your tone. Does that make sense?

1. Your writing style. Love the way you contrast highfalutin vocabulary with WTF vernacular.
2. Your graveyard. I almost like reading that more than the actual reviews…you know why. It resonates with me. lol
3. The length of your reviews is just right.
4. You calls it like you sees it. Love the no BS approach.
5. Love the fact that you gave Con, your son, the opportunity to potentially be your biggest competitor.
